This is another of the tutorials that came through the group I belong to. I liked doing it so much I decided to post it here. I think I may have posted the photo before, but the frame is a new addition.
As I look at this frame, it reminds me of one of those balls that hang in a dance hall...you know where the lights sparkle and send rays all over. haha I think it was the disco age.
You disco agers........is that right?
